Northwestern Steel and Wire 28 is working in Sterling, Illinois somewhere between 1968 and 1973.

Thank you. There are more Northwestern Steel and Wire photos on Trainorders. Go to Search and type in Sterling, Illinois. Make sure that you type in Sterling, Illinois because there is a Sterlng, Ohio with many more photos than Sterling, Illinois.
