Well I'm not a steam enigne expert by a long shot but it reminds me of  #12 at Mt. Pleasant, IA, which I think has gone back to the Georgetown Loop in Colorado.

Based on your typical haunts and the valve gear, I'm guessing it's Strasburg #90 in her retro scheme.

CPEngineer can likely confirm it's not #12, and no doubt
readily recognizes what number she is!  Anyway, no trailing
truck on this one and a boiler that sits quite a bit higher -
whoops, did I give it away?

Mitch, done in your typical pan mode.  I got that one but was too late, beaten to it.  The height of the boiler was my clue and you gave it.
