CB&Q 4-8-4 display at Sheridan bring Pride to Rotary Club
Author: PlyWoody

Wasatch Railroad Contractors have finished their job in Sheridan, WY and have left the CB&Q 4-8-4 5631 a pride of the town and Rotary Club who maintains it.  They had done a surperb job. https://www.wrrc.us/
My relatives drive by and note this post on Sheridan FaceBook page.

Looked better with the jacket on the boiler. Bell, headlight, mars light still missing.
Looks ok, but for me, nothing to get excited about.

I think the bell, headlight and Mars light are tucked away for safe keeping.

Need a roof. All outdoor railroad exhibits and displays need a roof.

I think somebody could do a pretty good business 3D printing replica headlights, bells, whistles, marker lights, builders plates, etc., for park locomotives that are missing them, or for owners that want to keep the real think safely stored inside. They sure look incomplete without them.

I agree and many extras could be made to sell by the owner of the engine as a cash cow item for home display.  That would also reduce the thief value of the real item if left welded to the engine.  I don't think the bell would be a good candidate for this as they are so large, and there would be no ring value.  You might earn enough to pay to cut the grass each summer and touch up the paint a little.
