Roger, Realizing that there are variables such as terrain, how far out can the drone be allowed
to go and yet allow you the necessary control ? By the way, just when I think I have seen all
there is to see, you come up with a new subject or a new perspective on an old idea. Thanks
for your efforts and let me be the first now that Thanksgiving has past to say Merry Christmas
and a happy New Year to you.

Wow! Your drone made 1.57 miles; congratulations. Plan A was successful. Are you gong to try Plan B now or wait until next year?

I don't expect to get out any farther than 2 miles. You need a spotter when you are doing these flights. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

I plan on trying to get back up to Osier and head for the trestle again but this time much lower. Bottom line is I am not done with plan "A" yet.
