No steam trains on Everett RR over July 4th weekend?

The Everett Railroad's schedule has trains running on the weekends before and after the July 4th holiday, but no trains over the July 4th weekend.

Does this seem kind of odd?

Not necessarily, no.  Maybe they opted not to schedule anything, so that their crew could enjoy a holiday weekend off.

Yeah, it seems like a prime week to travel to see steam. But I don't know much about their operating schedule.

We are traveling to Cumberland to ride steam that weekend. Can't wait..
