Today Omega Morgan crews started construction of  the forms for the turntable project pivot "pour" at the Oregon Rail Heritage Center, Portland.  Arlen

Many thanks Arlen for the turntable updates. I will be up to help for the last 3 days, 16th thru 18th.. It will interesting to see how far they have progressed
