Steam & Excursion > 3751 12/91 break in run

Well, as before, I cannot get the scanned picture to appear correctly, so I would appreciate it if someone would correct and again let me know how to correctly post.

This was taken in late December 1991 during the break in run of 3751 from San Bernardino to Los Angeles (via the Santa Fe 3rd district).  It ran back to San Bernardino via Pasadena (Santa Fe's 2nd district), it's first run on a main line since 1953.  I think that my uncle took it, as I met him near Tustin Avenue and Orangethorpe in Placentia, California.  As it crossed Orangethorpe just a few seconds later, there was no whistle.  I was not aware that the city had no whistling in that area.

To my eyes this appears to be just west of Fullerton Jct approaching the Lemon St. underpass.
