Saw a post from Facebook that NKP 765 was spotted in the East Wayne yard on its way to the Indiana Northeastern RR. The whitewalls on the engine's drivers have also been removed as well.

Got to be just temporary.  I love the all-black-drivers-look like the PM 1225, but I don't think the 765 has ever ran without the white-walls.
