OK, it's been almost 20 years, but who is "Hotrail"? I don't remember him from that trip, which was a REALLY interesting trip: from Cheyenne to the Feather River Canyon, to Roseville, then up through the Sacramento River Canyon to Klamath Falls, to Eugene, to Albina Yard in Portland, then back east through the Columbia River Gorge to Pokatello, and back to Cheyenne.

The girl's nickname was "Hotrail" !

Don't know but I still miss Rod, he was a kick in the ass of the first order.
