Do the Excursion trains use a seperate UP car to car radio channel? If so, what is the frequency?

The UP personel uses the UP railroad frequency of the area.

The organization that is sponsoring the trip and supplying the car hosts are using what ever frequency that the radios they own or renting are.

The UP steam crew conductor usually has one of the sponsoring organizations radios so he can talk to them.
