Which one? Is it intuitive and user friendly, or only is it only for geeks?

I am aware of museums and tourist railroads using Volgistics (web-based) software for their scheduling of volunteers for their activities. A volunteer can self-schedule for those activities which they are "authorized" for scheduling and participation.
