Couple of shots of UP 4014 on their run between Coffeyville, KS and KCMO.
1st shot is just outside of their stop near Osawatomie, KS.
2nd shot is at an overpass just north of Paola, KS

Geez  that  thing  is   LONG!

Coffeyville. Made  lots  of  brick  for  ATSF. I  got  a  few/ Station platforms  etc

Wow!  That is one big steam generating machine.  The firebox is huge, and that combustion chamber goes on forever, with maybe 20-21 feet for the flues.  Heh!  The Triplex needed a steam generating plant like we see here.
