Wow, an all orange unit. Don't think I've seen a pic of one of those before. Was that a common scheme?

Thanks Bob! Hadn't seen that one before. You know that the main roof hatch on the 915-D survives today - it's on the roof of 918 now.

That was the solid orange "Pumpkin" scheme that WP briefly went to during the late 60's. Didn't last long before "Perlman Green" came along around 1971. Several F7-A's and B's and a few switchers got the treatment.

1965.

As far as the F units go, I've never seen a list, but I'd say more than a dozen received the solid orange.

GP35 #3003 did, also.
