Thanks, eljay. I do have lots of slides, not only from my stuff but from Mike Johnson's collection. Mike passed away nearly 20 years ago and I have boxes and boxes of his slides, which I am just starting to sort through.
I'm really glad everyone out there is enjoying these pictures. It's great having a forum to show some of these after having them boxed up for all these years. As I have time I'll keep scanning and posting.-Brian

Simply fantastic Brian! I was too young to see these DDs ascend Cajon in their glory days prior to 1980. Thanks for sharing the "common everyday stuff" that has now become photographic gold over these years..

Cheers,
Harry

Beautiful shot. Is that a GE U50C trailing as the third unit? If so, then this is a very unusual lashup and a very rare shot.

I think your right. After looking closely, it sure looks like a U50C. I've got more shots of them- somewhere. As I find them I'll post some more. But for now here's a little teaser, from the Mike Johnson collection, at East L.A. Yard, December '73.-Brian

Sorry it came out so big, not sure why- any help?
