These are just the smalled depots that I have pictures of. I'll save the larger depots for another time.-BMT

The photo was taken from the vicinity of the tean track (now Metrolink parking lot) and before the conversion of the depot to a restaurant. This is how I remember the Orange depot. We also had a PE depot of sorts a couple of blocks east. Freight only. Date: 01/30/06 15:20 Re: Smaller Santa Fe So. Cal. Depots A to Z (well almos Author: Evan_Werkema UPNW2-1083 Wrote:

A replica of the depot that preceded the one in the photo is in Heritage Park along with ATSF 2-8-0 #870. > And last, but not least, Victorville, which was replaced by an Amtrak > shelter (no class). Victorville was still an open agency when the depot burned down in 1983. The agency was eliminated, and Amtrak left to fend for itself. The March Air Force Base depot and the Cucamonga depot were also destroyed by fires in 1980 and 1991, respectively. Date: 01/30/06 16:17 Re: Smaller Santa Fe So. Cal.
