I was going to cheat and do a look up using the latitude and longitude on the image but couldn't figure out how to do that in google which i see is shown on the image.

How do you get the lat and long to show up?

Finding things by lat/lon on Google maps is like falling off a log;

First convert the numbers to decimals
In the example the latitude becomes 39.284758 and the longitude becomes -76.632178
(west longitude is expressed as a negative number)

Put these two numbers into the search box at the top of the map and a map with a pointer at the location you specified will appear.

The numbers given on the image resolve to a location on the street on the south side of the B & O Museum.
