Santa Fe "New Mexico Division" cap

A friend of mine in Carlsbad, NM recently found a baseball-style cap at what I think was an estate sale. She says she has no idea where it came from. but sent me the attached photo. She plans to auction it off on eBay. Does anyone have any idea what this might go for, and/or where it might (specifically) it might have come from?

Chances are it was issued in Albuquerque, Belen or Clovis, N.M.

If new, I'd suggest opening at $5.99, and perhaps a "Buy It Now" for $10.99.
