Help with the ID of two electric locos

I have two diagrams of electric locomotives, that I do not know which railroad owned them.

Class R-2 build between December 1930 and March 1931, locos numbering 302 - 331

Class Q build between March and May 1926, locos numbering 150 - 156

Any guess as to the origin.

Look like New York Centrals of the respective classes mentioned. The classes match and the road numbers mentioned seem to line up. See here for pictures:
