It almost brings a tear to your eye when you see what we have today. Heres 6461 in the Black Widow scheme in the early 60's. This is the Shasta Daylight at the east switch of Obrien. The sunset shield is missing from this unit.

Great stuff! My first trip on a train was behind FP7s from this Fun train/San Joaquin group o' units.

Two units survived in service as late as 1979 to provide steam for the fun train.
