One guy answered and said that there wasn't any Katy steam left, that the poor old Katy needed scrap money too bad to save anything from the scrapper's torch. That statement wasn't quite true, and this image is evidence. Maybe if the 311 had've been scrapped, the MKT could have avoided bankruptcy?
