Views of Chicago from the office whoisit-whereisit

The two pictures are views from the offices of railroad employees at two places in Chicago. The first is September 1968. The second is January 1971. Any idea who or where?

The second picture looks like it could be from the ATSF's Corwith Tower.

You got the second one, operator's office on Bridgeport bridge.

Here's a clue for the first one. The red over yellow is an eastward signal on CNW.
