Eastbound early-day Amtrak, likely the Zephyr, passing thru Albany, Calif. Interstate 80 is on the overpass, freight cars on the waterside drill track.

Definitely Albany, CA with Train #6 eastbound. That's the eastbound side of Interstate 80 above the tracks.
