Nostalgia & History > "Alligator" at Martin, Utah.Date: 07/16/06 08:28 "Alligator" at Martin, Utah. Author: LenKratz April 1981. Stopped by Martin on our way back to Colorado after chasing the UP double header steam train on its trip to Sacramento for the grand opening of the railroad museum.

Author: Nitehostler What day were you there...I was with a guy named Rich Hunn & we also had been chasing the UP steam west. I remember getting an OK in the office & that there was one or two others standing on that hillside in front of the office also taking photos as the Utah got the power on the train for the mainline run. Date was April 25, 1981.
