Twenty one years ago, the #23 Germantown Line was still very much alive---although only running on the inner half when this was taken in April of 1985. PCC 2117 inbound next to the Reading Terminal.

I was there myself during the first week of June, but I spent my time and photo efforts on the #15-Girard. If the 23 is ever revived and I am still around. I will go back. Otherwise I have made my last trip to Philadelphia.
