#1 This morning I headed north for a few days. My first stop was Kalama where I found the 1882 and 738 on the on the Kalama Turn, which would run to Portland and back later that day.

#2 A quick stop at Longview produced the Columbia and Cowlitz 700 heading over to the BN interchange to exchange a few cars.

#3-4 At Tenino I caught Amtrak #11 just after the sun finally came out on it’s way south to Portland and beyond.

#5 Looking around after #11, I ran across the Milwaukee 298 and 297 with a cab hop.

#7-8 Headed north to Tacoma to see what was there. Not much. I did however catch the Tacoma belt 931 and 944 playing around.

#9 And not far away the Port of Tacoma 704 was resting between chores.

#10 At the Milwaukee I found #14, which was due to go out on the next train, whenever that would be.

#11 Heading back south I caught the BN 2616, 806, 1923, and 1419 at Auburn heading north.

#12 Then it was off to Centralia where the sun finally came out. To bad it was several hours before they ran a train. Finally it was train time. The first train through was the 2500, 732, 1419, and 1923. BN sure kept those units moving. The 1419 and 1923 were two of the units I shot in the morning at Auburn.

#13 Next it was the 2544 and 2508 northbound.

#14 The 708, 725, and 1920 snuck into the yard and were getting ready to leave after making their pick-up by the time I noticed.

#15 X-2200 north was next. The 2200 was being assisted by the 1782 and 2208.

#16 The 1724 came in with a local, and tied up just before sunset.

#17-18 After dark, I photographed the southbound Amtrak making it’s stop at Centralia. After a few minutes it was the northbound Amtrak Pioneer making it's stop.
