Sacramento UP detours from the past

(1) UP's BST (Bieber-Stockton, CA) detouring on the SP Fresno Subdivision near Haggin, CA due to flooding in the area.
(2) A couple of UP trains at the Haggin connection to the ex-WP Second Sub. L-R: APOAD, rock train (for a nearby washout). There was still plenty of water on the ground.
(3) The long trestle on the Woodland Branch is not likely to catch fire on the evening of February 25, 1986.

When the YOLO BYPASS is opened for flooding, that long, old, wooden trestle to Woodland can be a l-o-n-g ride for a crew, while looking down at deep, swirling waters....

Isn't that the bridge that parallel's Why 80 between Davis and west Sacramento?  Or is there another by pass for the rice patty's?
