A Portland to Bangor freight led by a rare U18B arrives at Northern Maine Jct, sets out cars for the Bangor and Aroostook, then heads for Bangor in 1981. http://www.trainorders.com//avshare/thumbnails//1766-medium.jpg

The only thing that I noticed was that after they tied back on to their train, there was no set/release on the brakes. But back then, we didn't do a lot of things. Aside from that, it was really neat to see that action and cars that do not even exists anymore. Furthermore, a great video.

What an amazing difference between then and now. I believe the Pan Am trackage in the area this was photographed is 10 mph track now?
