Wow!! How this area has changed. Video taken in Emeryville, just Souuth of the Powell Street overpass. The old paint factory in the background is now the upscale Emeryville Main Steet area. The new Amtrak station is just beyond the overpass as you pan to the right. This entire area has changed from old heavy industry, when this video was made, to upscale housing, shopping and bio tech industry.
