It was remembered very well last month when it made it's cross country tour of UP tracks. DDA40X upkpfan

Brings back memories of nights at Colton Tower (ATSF-UP crossing of SP) near San Bernardino CA). Nothing like an eastbound UP with a pair of Centennials, maybe a DD35 or some SD40's, making the ground shake as they headed for Cajon Pass.
