KATLB/KATCI Spinoff Of Older Trains.

Are these two trains spinoffs of the FLOAT that the SP used to run? Not sure if I have asked this before.

Really don't think that they are. One or both trains or parts originate in Florida cause most day's that I have seen them Tropicana reefers are on the head end or rear.
