SP 3030 for p5r24
Author: FT

I happen to have shot the beast in 1971. I don't know if this is the horn set you wanted to see on it,
but here it is.

Affectionately called "The Winchester" by some of the old heads of that time. Looks like it came right out of the paint shop.

That's a nice picture. It's awesome that p5r24 knows that his M5 came off of SP 3030. I've got an M5R24 that for sure came off of something SP, but unfortunately I have no idea which unit. I'm just glad to be able to preserve it and what's left of the SP gray paint.

And if you're interested here are a couple clips of it in action.

Awsome shot Keith!!

That should be my horn.
As I mentioned in the previous thread,
when I first got the M5 off 3030 it was painted in a light gray color.

I was hoping your photo might show the light gray.
(Still searching/hoping)
Here is a link to the only photo I can find of
of her in the light gray.
The problem is this photo does not show 3030s engine number!
I only have a verble that it is indeed S.P. Trainmaster 3030.

(Note the color of the M5 on the center Trainmaster.)

Great stuff all!

P.S. Here is what my 3030 M5 looks like today in semi retirement

Thanks FT!,
