Also spelled GIBBSLAND. Small town in Louisiana, west of Monroe. About two miles south of I20. Home to the Louisiana & North West RR. The KCS runs through there.

And all this time, I thought I-40 ran west from Memphis, TN to Little Rock, AR to Fort Smith, AR! Who knew it took such a weird detour that far south and into Louisiana!
