NW "herd" at Bellevue, OH . .

. . read below and eastern board posts about single units with double slugs so dug out a couple of shots I took in Aug '72 at NW's Bellevue hump yard of single ALCO Century with two rebuilt from Trainmaster six axle slugs working the hump.

At 167HP per axle, it wasn't fast, but it had all kinds of tractive effort!
