If there wasn't another location with a tender next to a coaling tower, I'm sure it is Hagerstown. Back in its day, it supplied coal for both PRR and N&W power. Lived a few blocks from it for 20 years. It was demolished back around 1985. Not sure if they used TNT. I know(that day) my wife said the house shook, and the curtains blew in. Area used as a turning wye for NS power, and recently crosstie transfer. To the left is trackage to/from Winchester & Western.
