well it says north platte, looks like the overland a regular train the cities passed thru there at night, with streamlined cars

I don't think it's NP in the first pic. Look to the far right and you see a BIG hill. Nothing like that around NP. upkpfan

A 100% enlargement shows at least 6 head-end cars, so probably not a fan trip.
