I am looking for some images (and I've already looked online) of Santa Fe GP38u 2358 taken sometime between 1990-1995 and B23-7 6391. Also, I need photos of Santa Fe Waycar 999724. I am building models of these for a specific Santa Fe branch line. If anyone has these, I would like to repost them on my website and I would give full photo credit for the author. Any help would be great! Even if I can't get permission, the photos would still be a great help.

Leave the captions on and include a "used with permission" photo credit on your website and you're welcome to use these. Even within your six year time frame, you'll have to choose your details carefully. Here's 2358 in 1990 and 1993. In the intervening four years:

-the headlight was moved to the nose
-the beacon was removed
-the telemetry antenna was added
-the AEI tag was added
-the horn was painted
-the "Desert Storm" flag was added
-the "you have the right and the obligation to work safely" stepwell signs were added

The flag would have disappeared in late 1993 or early 1994.

Here are two of 6391 in 1989 and 1990. The unit appears to have lost its air conditioner in the 1990 view, but hopefully that was just temporary. The 6391 would have lost its beacon by then end of 1991, and would have carried a "Desert Storm" flag like 2358's between 1991 and roughly 1993-94. The FRED antenna would be around the other side of the communications antenna box, so I can't tell if 6391 had one in either of those view.

Sorry to say I don't appear to have a shot of 999724. You no doubt found this shot of it from 2006 on Panhandle Northern:

Evan did a great job with his shots & time-line details of the 6391. The only thing I can add is a right side view in this roster shot from November of 1983. It was taken in Argentine. Like Evan, I only ask for photo credit with date & location. I hope this helps out a little...
