Nostalgia & History > Watercolor Wednesday - Motoring AlongDate: 11/21/12 03:20 Watercolor Wednesday - Motoring Along Author: rrartist Before the Interstates, before the travel plazas, in much more quiet times times, people used to get to one place or another via the train. They said that once in Iowa, you could not go 1 square mile without finding a railroad track. Fact or Fiction?! Today we find the Minneapolis and St.Louis motorcar GE-25 somewhere south of Albert Lea, just doing as intended, motoring along.
