Saying Thanks for Thanksgiving

Back on Canadian Thanksgiving Day in October, I started thinking about a way to say "thank you" to some of the people whose photos, stories and comments here on Trainorders.com have made an impression on me.
This list is in no particular order (although the first part are the Canadians).
