Except the 2054 which is now WNY&P 432 after spending a couple of decades as M&E 16.

I recall going into Rose Twr in October 1977 and asking if I would be able to perhaps walk thru the dead line at that time that was just east of Rose. They said go ahead, but be careful. Have some shots of my walk thru that line and believe I have all the unit numbers that were in the 2 or 3 tracks worth of units. Man was that interesting. Thanks for bringing back that memory Ed. I miss those days (not of all the dead lines) of being able to check in at a tower/yard office and then walk around the facilities.

I don't think the Altoona dead line ever really has a 'happy time.' I got to see it in 1996 from the Sperry car. Different locomotives, same concept. I remember mostly GP-10s, and some GEs but I don't remember what else was in there now. I don't know if I took pictures or not though. It was depressing.
