I guess it's just money... Ross Rowland used parts from sister engine #2100 and since the 2101 had not been used in the Reading Rambles, she was in fairly good condition to start. Lots of hard work went into this restoration back in 1975 down at the old B&O Roundhouse located in South Baltimore, Maryland.
