My Absolutely Best Fallen Flag photo
Author: NKP715

Date is Sept 25, 1964, and here's CB&Q 100, their first
U25B, awaiting pickup at Erie. In the background, NKP RS-36
868 works at Dean yard/siding.

Second photo shows the 100, with 101 coupled behind her.
As the 100 is on the closest of two tracks at the interchange,
a third fallen flag, the Pennsy, will pick the units up. The
further track is the New York Central, fallen flag #4.

The trifecta - Striking, Stunning, and Beautiful. We can't get Warren to go War Bonnet, at least consider Chinese Red. Wow!

CB&Q Chinese Red/gray/white one of the very best Fallen Flag schemes (and their first scheme wasn't too bad either!).

FRA rules say you can't paint couplers or wheels because that covers cracks.

Anyhow NS1703 the second picture sure looks like a brand new plastic model except for the third radiator grill.

Bring on more CB&Q pictures. I've seen mine before.

And what about Big Dick and the MoPac 'team' in Omaha? At least BNSF's customers are happy.
