Nostalgia & History > Santa Fe Freight F's for FridayDate: 04/18/14 09:40 Santa Fe Freight F's for Friday Author: throttle8 The Colorado and Texas Divisions of Santa Fe were the final bastions for the EMD F's. We were blessed with seeing them in a variety of liveries (and conditions) through the years. Attached are three examples:
ATSF 286 in yellow-bonnet taken at Ft Worth fuel rack (now long gone and is now being re-configured again for the Tower 55 project. ATSF 239b also in the yellow-bonnet (b-unit version) at the Pueblo, CO fuel track. ATSF 223L idles at the La Junta, CO fuel track in clean paint. Have a great Friday!
