Here are a few wigwag snap shots from video from 8mm film and video I took years ago. I'm sorry the quality is so poor.

1. 1977 on the SP mainline in Louisiana west of New Orleans.
2. Washington State in 1979 somewhere on the old NP mainline. There were lots of wigwags at that time. Wigwags had black banners.
3. Riverside in 2002 on video at Third St on the old SP branch line. Wigwag is gone and tracks I believe have been abandoned.

4. An old snapshot of wigwag in 1935 on the ATSF fourth Dist. between LA and San Diego at Bandini RD. Don't know who took it, but a cool picture with wigwag with red banner and old wooden crossbuck with Santa Fe on the pole.

In the late 80s, I used to work at what used to be Olsans Furniture which was that building to the left of the 3rd St wigwag in Riverside.
