I remember this roundhouse very well. I spent 2 months in the summer of 1978 working the switchman’s extra board in Dodge City. I was able to shoot a few slides in & around this quaint little remnant of the more massive and full roundhouse structure. Jim got a great shot here! And it appears he also got the fringe of an oncoming rain squall. Better grab your umbrella…
