ATSF around KC in Early 1990's
Author: Santafes95

I touched up a few more prints from around KC in the early 1990's. I am not sure of exact dates but around summer in 1991 I believe. The first shot is an east bound pig train at AY tower. The next shot, isn't quite as nice as I would like, but a neat historical shot. The SD45 is leading a train past the elevator at Edgerton, Kansas. The class GP60 4000 is just east of Ottawa, Kansas. Again, not super high quality shots, but all the sudden we would all kill to see this stuff running again!

All are good ,but the second one is the best. The little prairie skyscraper elevators are vanishing fast.

This one is probably 1993-94. The battery box on 5378 has a darker yellow patch on it where the 1991 "Desert Storm" flag was added and then removed, and the 5252 doesn't have MKM sublettering yet.
