Signal Sunday on the Way of The Zephyrs

Finally getting some slides scanned, so here are a couple from along the BN Main Line Sub (now the BNSF Mendota Sub) 20-some-odd years ago, when PTC was still just a sketch in an engineer's notebook:

1. CB&Q searchlights west of Somonauk, IL September 10, 1990.

2. LMX 8533 leads a westbound under the home signals for the C&NW diamonds at Earlville, IL in April of 1988.

Or a nightmare gone really bad caused by some hallucinogenic mushrooms :)
