Nostalgia & History > Omaha Union StationDate: 09/01/14 14:16 Omaha Union Station Author: Copy19 I ran across this photo today while thrashing through my photo files for something else when I was delighted to find this long lost treasure. I was commissioned to do this painting of Omaha Union Station with a "baby" 800. I also was asked to put a Burlington train in the picture as well. I don't remember the date I painted this, but it must have been in the early 80s. I don't remember the name of my customer but as I recall he was a doctor in North Platte. If you're out there on TO by chance, I'd love to get and touch and patch up my admittedly faulty records!

Thanks for posting this one. When I get back from Lou's funeral I will take a photo of the painting you gave me and post it. Bob Krieger Cheyenne, WY Date: 09/01/14 21:18 Re: Omaha Union Station Author: chi-townadam Copy19 Wrote:
