Mary Lou Anderson, symbolic of what I called the Camelot years at the Union Pacific Public Relations and Advertising Department, passed away Tuesday at her home in Omaha. She was 88 years old. She retired after 42 years with the PR Department and Resort Operations including Sun Valley and the Utah Parks Company. She ruled the Photo Department at Omaha headquarters with a firm hand best summarized by the sign behind her desk that read: "Your lack of planning is not my emergency." She was born in North Platte.
