More Milwaukee Passenger Trains, E-units

1. Looking across the North Branch of the Chicago River at a Milwaukee and Northwestern commuter trains on August 20, 1976.

2. A Milwaukee E9A and two F-units lead the Morning Hiawatha northbound north of Hastings, Minn, on June 24, 1964.

3. MILW E9A 37A with an outbound commuter a few minutes out of Chicago Union Station on March 19, 1975.

4. and 5. MILW E9A 36A pushing a suburban train through Glenview, IL on June 14, 1977.

6. MILW E9A 37A pushing into Chicago Union Station at Canal Street on August 20, 1978.

Okay, Marty, ya got me! Is that the bridge over
the Mississippi in place before the current lift
bridge was built? It sure looks like a Milwaukee
swing span to me.

Oh yes, Nitpick time. "Westbound" Morning Hiawatha
north of Hastings.
