Summer 1994 Haz Mat in San Timoteo Cyn?

In the summer of 1994 a Southern Pacific freight train with a tank car carrying a load of sulfuric acid was determined to have been shot resulting in a leak. This occurred along San Timoteo Cyn Rd just west of I-10.

Does anyone remember this?
